protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

Cuddlr is a personal tracking tool, NOT a medical app. Always consult your pediatrician
for medical advice, vaccine schedules, and developmental assessments.
- NOT a Medical Device: Cuddlr is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or source of
medical advice.
- Vaccine Schedules are Reference Only: Vaccine information is compiled from public
sources. Follow ONLY your pediatrician's vaccine schedule.
- Growth Charts are Estimates: Growth percentiles are based on WHO averages. Have
your baby evaluated by a pediatrician.
- Consult Healthcare Professionals: Always consult your pediatrician for medical
advice, diagnoses, and treatment decisions.
- No Liability: We are not liable for any health decisions or outcomes based on app
usage. Users are responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals before making medical
decisions.
- In emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information
Name, email address, and phone number for account creation and authentication.
Baby Information
Baby's name, date of birth, gender, and profile photo (optional) to personalize your experience.
Health & Growth Data
Feeding records, growth measurements (height, weight, head circumference), vaccination records, and
milestones.
Usage Data
Device information, app interactions, and analytics to improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To provide and maintain our baby care tracking features.
- Personalization: To customize your experience and provide relevant recommendations.
- Communication: To send important updates, reminders, and notifications about your
baby's care.
- Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our app's functionality.
- Safety: To ensure the security and integrity of our services.
3. Data Protection & Security
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
- Secure Storage: Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access and
regular security audits.
- Privacy by Design: We implement privacy best practices at every stage of development.
- No Third-Party Selling: We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate
the app (e.g., Google Firebase, AdMob, cloud hosting, analytics).
- International Data Processing: Some of our service providers (such as Google Firebase
and AdMob) may process data on servers located outside your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards
are in place to protect your information.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our
rights and safety.
- With Your Consent: We will share information with third parties only with your explicit
consent.
5. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data at any time.
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information directly in the app.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data (see Account
Deletion section below).
- Data Portability: Export your data in a common format (coming soon).
- Opt-Out: Disable notifications and marketing communications at any time in Settings.
6. Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We provide
two methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and
all data within 30 days.
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to carecuddlr@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" from your
registered email. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Data Retention: We retain your data only while your account is active. If you delete
your account, all associated personal and baby data is permanently deleted from our active systems,
except where temporary retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including
baby profiles, health records, and milestones will be permanently deleted.
7. Security Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will:
- Immediate Investigation: Investigate the breach and take immediate steps to secure our
systems.
- Prompt Notification: Notify affected users via email within 72 hours of discovering the
breach.
- Transparency: Provide clear information about what data was affected and what steps we
are taking.
- Regulatory Compliance: Report the breach to relevant authorities as required by
applicable laws.
- Support: Offer guidance and support to help you protect your information.
8. Cookies & Tracking
- Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and
improve performance.
- Advertising: We may use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device
identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or contextual ads. Users can manage ad personalization
settings through their device settings.
9. Children's Privacy
Cuddlr is designed for parents and caregivers to track their baby's care. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. The app is intended for use by adults caring for babies and
young children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email
or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India.
